	Le grand orchestre de jazz dirigé par Serge Adam comprend cinq trompettistes, quatre saxophonistes, trois trombonistes, un tubiste, deux contrebassistes, deux batteurs, un percussionniste, un accordéoniste, un pianiste et une chanteuse. Ouand le Docteur aura précisé que chacun de ces instrumentistes porte un nom bien connu dans le jazz d'ici et que la musique est du genre à reconnecter les synapses ramollies, on n'ajoutera à la prescription qu'un mot : urgence. Parmi les solistes, Nicolas Genest, Charles Schneider, Denis Leloup, Pierre de Bethmann. This creative instability can be compared to the compactness and play of soloist-orchestra or orchestra-orchestra superpositions of the groups of George Russell or Mingus (an arrangement of Revelations takes ODND to new heights). The new ODND also tries combinations - complementarity and separation - of a rhythm with two double basses and two drums-percussions. The contribution of the accordion and the extraordinary voice of Annick Tangorra give a different relief to the "classic" distribution of the saxophone, trumpet and trombone sections.
